We will guide you through the process and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if your request meets the eligibility criteria. b. Please include the RMA number on the return package to facilitate the processing of your request.

3. Return Shipping a. If you are initiating a return due to a change of mind or non-defective reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. b. For returns or exchanges related to defective or damaged items, Aritcount will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds and Exchanges a. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. b. Exchanges will be processed promptly after the returned item is received and inspected. The exchanged item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

5. Damaged or Defective Items a. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference. b. Damaged or defective items reported after 30 days from the purchase date may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

6. Cancellations a. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. b. Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may initiate a return following our return policy.
